Web Changes |
This is where we'll announce the most recent
additions to our web site. Many of our forms and information for our residents is now on line in Adobe format. They're available for download as needed. Lease renewals can now be handled on line as well as other matters.
Check back soon to see the progress.

Other Changes |
Another change that you've noticed if you've had occasion to call the office is our voice mail system under the direction of our phone service. A script will be forthcoming on line listing all boxes and messages so you can skip to the area you need. |

Cherie Anderson is our new leasing manager. She'll be checking with you about your lease renewal form if we haven't already received it. She's also handling rent payments and billing of late fees. Cherie is very efficient and already an asset to MCK Properties. |

Kenny Babin is our maintenance supervisor. He, too, is very good at what he does. Kenny and Cherie both work full time at their regular jobs but manage to get things done nonetheless. Please remember to make all reports of maintenance problems on the web site or through our service at 767-3935. |

Coming within the next two months........................
Security cameras at Chateau du Cour that can be viewed online on this site! We're looking into this and learning about how this can be best set up. Email us if you've had experience with this type of installation.
